Graculus Industries
Graculus Industries

Your company’s next chapter starts with the right long-term owner.

Graculus Industries acquires and actively develops exceptional founder- and family-owned industrial businesses across the Alpine region. We work alongside existing management to preserve each company’s identity, people and technical strengths while supporting its long-term development.

We are seeking our first cornerstone company: a profitable, technically differentiated industrial or specialist manufacturing business that will become the foundation of an enduring Alpine industrial group.

Up to €10 million of equity capital is available for our first acquisition, subject to due diligence and investment approval.

The moment

The future of an exceptional company deserves careful consideration.

Many exceptional industrial businesses reach a defining moment when ownership must transition. The challenge is not simply finding a buyer. It is finding the right long-term steward.

Why succession matters
What owners are weighing

When the future of your company matters

After decades of building a company, succession is rarely just a financial decision. Owners think about their employees, customers, reputation and the culture they created.

Will the company still feel like itself?

Preserving what made the company successful is central to how we think about ownership.

What happens to employees and customers?

We believe continuity, stability and respect for the people who built the company are essential to a successful transition.

Will the company continue to be developed?

Our intention is long-term ownership and development, not a short-term transaction.

Will decisions be made without understanding the business?

We take time to understand the company, its people and what made it exceptional before deciding what comes next.

Principles

What we will not compromise

Exceptional companies are built over decades. Our approach is shaped by the principles we protect throughout every transition.

We will not approach succession as a purely financial transaction.

We will not make decisions before understanding the people, culture and strengths of the business.

We will not sacrifice long-term development for short-term optimisation.

We will not treat employees, customers or heritage as secondary considerations.
